JOB DESCRIPTION/ CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: 

Eligibility Criteria :Graduate 

• Must have understanding of Software Development, and Testing Methodologies(Agile Testing) . 
• Must have the ability to develop Test Cases from functional requirements, and/or Use Cases 
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through to assure problems are resolved. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate multiple levels of people (i.e. Developers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.) 
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team 
• Good listening skills; problem solving and the ability to multi-task between projects 
• Development and execution of Software Application Scenarios, regression test process, Development and execution of functional & system tests; Development and execution of acceptance tests 
• Support for customer interface, test-tool introduction, test planning, staff supervision (internal), and cost and progress status reporting. 
Verifying the requirement definition, test design, test-script and test-data development, test automation, test-environment configuration; test-script configuration management, and test execution. 
Ability to demonstrate initiative for identifying problems.
